CF&A has worked with EXPO CHICAGO, The International Exposition of Contemporary & Modern Art, since its inception in 2011. Our continued work has contributed to EXPO CHICAGO’s dramatic rise from a new entity to one of the premier art fairs in the world. Through integrated public relations, sponsorship, marketing, special event and advertising campaigns, CF&A has reestablished Chicago as a preeminent art fair and cultural destination.

CF&A has cultivated relationships with national press to great success. As part of these efforts, CF&A has partnered with Choose Chicago to host media events in New York highlighting EXPO and its related EXPO ARTS WEEK events in Chicago’s fall arts season. CF&A also coordinates media trips during the fair and creates extensive itineraries showcasing the fair as well as institutional alignments and city initiatives. As a result, national coverage has appeared in Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, Artforum, Bloomberg, Forbes, The Observer and more.

Critical to EXPO Chicago’s growth and success, CF&A has negotiated and implemented individually tailored sponsorship agreements with a host of luxury brands, allowing the brands and EXPO Chicago to reach highly-coveted, ultra-high net worth patrons. In recent years, CF&A has secured and fostered sponsorships with Northern Trust, Rolls-Royce, Louis Vuitton, Ruinart Champagne, BMW and David Yurman, among others.

CF&A produced the most successful offsite event in EXPO Chicago’s history, an Opening Night Celebration featuring the
opening of "Singing Stones," the first U.S. off-site exhibition of the Palais de Tokyo, at the DuSable Museum’s new Roundhouse.
Our role included conceptualizing the event and coordinating three corporate sponsors, two cultural partners, a Grammy-nominated musician and multiple event vendors. We developed the invitation list, which resulted in attendance of more than 700 VIP guests. Other events we produce include exclusive collector dinners, opening night parties and announcement events.
